I had several people taste the coffee. I sent bags to some people, brewed some coffee for others and gave others samples to take home. The majority of the people who tried the coffee had also had Coffee of Origin in the past.

The overwhelming consensus was that while the coffee was very good, it was not Coffee of Origin. It did not fit the flavor profile that we had created.

After careful consideration between all the parties involved, we have decided to let another brand that works with our laboratory have this shipment of coffee.
