I am the scientist of the group and I believe in the empirical science of coffee. I have been in the business for twenty years and I love a good cup of coffee. My scientific process helps to create the unique taste of Coffee of Origin. I worked for the Colombian Federation of Coffee Growers for eleven years. I began the school in 2003 and have been educating people from all over the world about coffee ever since.

Anamarie Sabbagh Brooks:

I grew up drinking coffee. I fell in love with Colombia and my heritage. And now, I have fallen in love again with coffee.
